("Nat4Bio") is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of every user ("User" or "You") who accesses our website: www.nat4bio.com ("Website"), and in the use permitted by Nat4Bio of any of the sections of said Website. Nat4Bio understands the importance of the security and confidentiality of information. Therefore, when the User transfers information to the Website (in the Contact section), it will be incorporated into our internal files and will only be used exclusively for: (i) open job searches; (ii) general contact with the User for a made inquiry; and/or (iii) eventually offer our products and services or other commercial matters. This Privacy Policy details the personal data of the User ("Data") that Nat4Bio may store and the treatment it may give them, as well as the protection of the Data in accordance with Law 25,326 (Personal Data Protection Law), its amendments, and other applicable regulations.
This Privacy Policy is considered accepted freely, expressly, and informed if the User transfers or provides their Data in the Contact section of the Website. Likewise, the provision of Data implies authorization from the User to Nat4Bio to use the Data according to the provisions detailed here. By accepting this Privacy Policy, the Data owner gives consent as provided in articles 5 and 11 of Law 25,326.
Collection and Use of Data
In order to provide the best possible service, the Data provided by the User will be automatically collected and incorporated into Nat4Bio's database. Nat4Bio may use the collected Data as indicated below:
- Data processing for open job searches at Nat4Bio.
- Data processing to communicate with the User: (i) about changes on our Website; (ii) for inquiries or received communications; (iii) about our products and services; and (iv) about Nat4Bio news.
- Data processing to contact the User for the offering of our products and services and/or other commercial matters.
Nat4Bio takes the necessary security measures to protect your information from access by third parties or unauthorized persons.
By sending your Data through our Contact section on the Website, you are expressly consenting to the processing of such information and are responsible for its accuracy. Inaccuracy of this information may pose difficulties and impair the User's experience regarding the options offered by Nat4Bio on the Website.
Sharing Data and Confidentiality
The User expressly accepts, consents, and authorizes Nat4Bio to share and grant access to all collected Data to its affiliates and/or related parties and/or third parties with whom Nat4Bio has service agreements.
This information will be disclosed, shared, or transferred in accordance with the current legislation in force in the Argentine Republic applicable to the protection of personal data.

Retention of User Data
Nat4Bio retains the User's personal information for the time necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and/or legal obligations. Personal information collected from a User will be destroyed when it is no longer necessary or relevant to the purposes for which it was collected unless there is a legal obligation to keep it for a longer period.
Nat4Bio may send promotional communications via emails, including, among others: newsletters, special offers, job searches, studies, and other news and information that Nat4Bio deems of interest. The User may unsubscribe from such promotional communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.
Security of Personal Data
Nat4Bio guarantees that the Data provided by the User is protected in compliance with the security and confidentiality obligations imposed by Law 25,326.
However, the User acknowledges that security systems are not impregnable, and even taking all necessary and reasonable precautions, Data may suffer manipulations, destruction, and/or loss of information.
While we strive to protect the Data, the User must also take measures to protect their information. We recommend that Users take steps to protect their personal information while using the Website. At a minimum, we advise that when entering information in the Contact section of the Website, contact Nat4Bio via email to ensure that the entered information was correctly received and saved.
Changes in Information
At any time, with intervals not less than 6 (six) months, unless a legitimate interest is accredited in accordance with article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326, the User may access their data and/or request authorization, deletion, correction, or modification of them in accordance with article 16 of Law 25,326. The AGENCY OF ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, the supervisory body of Law No. 25,326, is authorized to address complaints and claims filed by those who are affected in their rights by non-compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data.
